Payments & Refund/Returns Policy
Payments:
All our products and services are paid upfront and in advance, this includes Web Design Packages, IT Support Plan Subscriptions, Microsoft 365 Plans, Web Hosting Plans and any products purchased via our Store.
Depending on the service will depend on the type of payment method. Please see below for more information on payment methods.
Refunds/Returns:
Refunds. We have a no refunds policy on all our services and subscriptions. If there is a problem we will work with you to satisfy your requirements if it is within the scope of the Service Agreement and Terms & Conditions. Our aim is to provide a high standard of service and client/customer satisfaction.
Returns. Returning any store products or Hardware and Software will depend on the item purchased. As a general rule our policy is once purchased there is no returns if there are issues you will need to contact the company that provides warranty for the item. All our HP and Lenovo packages come with a 3 year onsite warranty. If you have a service agreement with Hivebytes we will provide assistance with the warranty process.

Payment Methods
CryptoCurrency
We currently accept CryptoCurrency for our Web Design Packages but not for our other services and products at this stage. We work with the following CryptoCurrencies but we will consider other Altcoins please contact us to check with us first. For non Stablecoins Crypto there will be a 24 hour time limit to receive payment from you before the invoice will expire. If invoice expires it will be reissued and updated to reflect current Cyrpto prices. Stablecoins will be invoiced differently and can also used for Marketing and Branding Packages. All crypto invoices will include ABN number and are on our books for TAX purposes.

EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) & PayID
EFT & PayID payment option is available for our Web Design Packages, Marketing Packages and Branding Packages. For EFT & PayID option please contact us at admin@hivebytes.com.au for our bank details or deposit email address.
PayPal
PayPal is available we mainly use this for our subscription plans such as Domain Registration, Web Hosting, Microsoft 365 Plans and IT Support Subscriptions.
eWay
eWay Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club payment option coming soon. This we be available for all our services and store products.
