1. Theme File Ownership: You, the client, own the design theme files I create. You are free to move these files to another hosting provider or agency for management at any time.
2. CMS Platform Exclusion: Ownership applies only to the custom theme files. It does not include the underlying CMS platform (like Syteflow etc.) or any associated licenses we maintain. A third-party developer will need to adapt the theme files to your new CMS choice.
3. Support Policy: If you move your website to another host and do not use Lepid Media's hosting and management services, I will no longer be able to provide any ongoing support for your website.
